Returns Policy

We aim to please at Hop, Stitch and Jumper however if you change your mind about a product or have bought too much yarn (we have all done it) your welcome to return items within 28 days of purchase. Unfortunately cut trims and fabrics are non-refundable unless faulty and individual items taken from pre-packed kits will not be refundable, kits must be returned complete. All yarn will be weighed upon return, we reserve the right to refuse returns on yarn that is under sold weight. Please help us out and bring a receipt of purchase, we really do need this to process refund or exchange. If you do not have a receipt of purchase, refunds will be considered if proof of purchase via bank statement and or date of purchase is provided. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in a saleable condition. Sometimes faulty items rarely do occur. All faulty items can be returned for full refund or exchange within 60 days. After that time, the onus is on you to prove the item was faulty at the time of purchase. If you need to cancel your attendance at one of our courses, then a refund will be issued or transferred to an alternative course if notice is given 48 hours before start of course, by telephone or email. Cancellations after that time and no shows on the day will not be able to be refunded or rescheduled. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to (including but not limited to) severe weather conditions, power failures or teacher sickness/absence (where an alternative teacher cannot be provided). In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, we will contact you as early as we can using the contact details provided at the point of booking and a full refund issued. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time.
